Modern practice software, included and set up for you.
QuivaWorks is the workspace that comes with membership. It takes on the repetitive administration that eats into your week — file notes, meeting capture, document preparation — and works alongside the planning and CRM software you already run.
Every practice we speak to has been pitched AI software. Very few have been offered help working out where it belongs in their business. That is the wrong way round, which is why the software is the part we give away — the value is in getting it pointed at the right problem.
The work it takes off your team
Connect your calendar and client meetings are recorded and transcribed, then turned into structured file notes and action items ready for your review. The adviser reviews and approves what goes on the file — nothing is filed without you.
- Works with Google Calendar and Outlook
- Specific meetings can be excluded from recording
- Consent prompts built into the meeting workflow
Pull the details you need out of long client documents — statements, policy schedules, existing advice documents — without reading every page or copying figures across by hand.
- Supports the preparation work behind advice documents
- Source references so you can check what it found
Annual review preparation, client check-ins and the handoffs between your advisers and support staff, running to a schedule instead of to whoever remembers. Recurring tasks for review cycles and compliance checklists.
- Kanban, list and calendar views
- Nested client and household folders
A modern way for clients to send documents, complete requests and see where things are up to — instead of email attachments and a phone call to ask whether you received them.
- Document requests with status tracking
- A complete record of what was sent and when
One platform, every operation in its place

The part everyone leads with, that we would rather you judge last.
Abbie is the AI coworker inside QuivaWorks. She learns how your practice works — your processes, your templates, the way you write a file note — and takes on the routine parts of it.
We are deliberately not going to spend this page telling you what an AI coworker could theoretically do for your business. You have had that pitch. Most practices have had it several times.
What is actually useful is knowing which parts of your week she should be pointed at, and that is a question a Practice Review answers rather than a website.
She is included. She gets configured during onboarding, against the workflows we identified as worth automating. If the honest answer for your practice is that two of them are worth it and the rest are not, that is what we will set up.
Abbie also works inside Slack, if that is where your team already talks. See how that works.
It works alongside your stack. We build the connection.
We are not asking you to migrate off your planning software, your CRM or your portfolio systems. Those decisions were made for good reasons and the cost of unpicking them is rarely worth it.
What connecting actually means
Information flowing between the systems you already run, so a client detail entered once does not need entering again in two other places. Fewer copies of the truth, less re-keying, fewer of the small errors that come from both.
Being straight about it
The Australian advice stack is not a set of tidy public integrations. Some of your systems connect readily; some need work; a few will not connect at all and are better handled a different way. We work out which is which during the Practice Review, and we build the connections as part of your membership rather than quoting them as a project.
Credits you can actually see
Membership includes a monthly credit allowance that covers normal day-to-day use — document processing, meeting workflows and routine automation. Consumption is visible in your workspace as it happens, and you are alerted well before the allowance runs low. High-volume practices can add credits; nobody discovers the situation on an invoice.
See it against your own practice.
A demonstration is more useful once we know what your week looks like. Start with the review.
