$800 AUD / month

Starting membership for a small advice practice, covering everything listed below.

Book a Practice Review

Membership is scoped to your practice rather than sold by the seat, because a four-adviser firm running six systems is a different job to a sole practitioner running two. We put a number on it after the Practice Review, when we can both see the work.

The size of your team

How many advisers and support staff use the workspace, and how many people we are training and supporting through the change.

How many systems need connecting

Practices running planning software, a CRM, a portfolio system and a document store need more integration work than practices running two of those.

How much gets custom-built

Some practices need workflows and skills built specifically for how they work. Others get most of the way on what already exists.

What every membership covers

  • A practice technology roadmap Built around your firm's size, licensing arrangement and growth plans — not a generic maturity model. It says what to fix, in what order, and what to leave alone.
  • Hands-on setup and integrations We connect the software you already run and get the workflows going. Every membership starts with a substantial allocation of technical time to get your practice audited, integrated and onboarded properly rather than half-configured.
  • The QuivaWorks workspace and Abbie Full access for your practice team, with a monthly credit allowance covering normal day-to-day use. Usage is visible in the workspace and you are alerted before the allowance runs low. See what it does.
  • Ongoing practice support A regular monthly advisory session once your core workflows are running — reviewing what is working, planning what is next, training new staff and dealing with whatever has come up.
  • Succession and practice value guidance Practical steps to document your processes and build transferable value into the business, so the practice is not dependent on what lives in the principal's head. More on this.

When membership isn't the whole cost

Major projects are quoted separately

If your firm is going through a migration, an acquisition, or a piece of custom build well beyond the normal run of work, that needs additional hours. You can add them whenever you need them.

What we will not do is let that arrive as a surprise. Additional work is scoped and quoted before it starts, and it happens because you asked for it.

Software credits above the allowance

The included allowance covers normal use for most practices. Very high-volume practices can buy additional credits.

Consumption is visible in your workspace as it happens, with alerts as you approach the limit. The situation where you find out at the end of the month is the thing we are specifically trying to avoid.

Start with the review, not the paperwork.

A free 60-minute Practice Review.

The same session that opens every membership, offered before you commit to one. You keep what comes out of it either way.

  • A map of your current software estate and what it is costing you
  • Where your team's time is going, and what does not need a person doing it
  • Your AI governance exposure and what needs a guardrail
  • A written summary of what we would fix first, and a membership figure for your practice
