Everything you need to know about membership, support, and security.
Clear answers on how our Outsourced CTO support works, how software licensing is structured, and how we protect your practice compliance and client data.
Getting Started
A free 60-minute session, and the same session that opens every membership.
We map your current software estate — what you pay for, what you actually use, and where two systems are doing one job. We look at where your team's time is going and which of that work does not need a person doing it. We talk through the things you would do if you had the time or the tooling. And we assess your AI governance exposure: what is already being used in the practice, and what needs a guardrail around it.
You receive a written summary of what we would fix first and in what order — whether or not you join us afterwards. If the honest answer is that you should change two settings in software you already own, we will tell you that.
Membership starts from $800 AUD per month for a small advice practice.
It is scoped to your practice rather than sold per seat, because the work genuinely differs: the size of your team, how many systems need connecting, and how much needs to be custom-built. We put a figure on it after the Practice Review, when we can both see what is actually involved.
Major projects — a migration, an acquisition, a significant custom build — are scoped and quoted before they start. See what membership includes.
Outsourced CTO & Ongoing Support
Every membership starts with a generous allocation of hands-on technical time to get your practice audited, integrated, and fully onboarded without the stress.
Once your core workflows are running smoothly, your membership includes a regular monthly advisory touchpoint to review performance, plan new initiatives, and tackle emerging technical hurdles.
If your firm is undergoing a major project, migration, or acquisition, you can easily bolt on additional support hours whenever you need them.
We do not replace your local IT support (the people who manage your laptops, office hardware, and email accounts). Instead, we act as your strategic technology and AI partner. We sit at the table with practice leadership to shape strategy, evaluate vendor software, integrate practice systems, and ensure your technology actively drives revenue.
Software, Licensing & Credits
Yes. Full access to the QuivaWorks workspace and Abbie is included directly in your membership fee.
Your membership comes with a generous monthly credit allowance that covers standard day-to-day use, including document processing, meeting workflows, and routine automation. For high-volume practices with heavier demands, additional usage credits can be purchased flexibly as needed.
Not at all. QuivaWorks is built to work alongside the tools you already rely on. We connect your existing planning, CRM, and compliance platforms so information flows between them smoothly, removing duplicate data entry rather than forcing a painful migration.
Compliance & Licensee Relationships
There is no reason it should. Our entire model is built around tightening practice governance, strengthening client data privacy, and keeping your firm compliant with Australian regulatory standards.
Many progressive AFSLs already engage with us as Affiliate Members. If your licensee is not yet familiar with Quiva Advisers, we are very happy to speak with their compliance and technical teams directly to address any questions and walk them through our security frameworks. More for licensees.
Data Security, IP & Sovereignty
Data sovereignty and client confidentiality are non-negotiable for advice practices.
The QuivaWorks platform is hosted in Australia and offers options for fully Australian-compliant AI processing. During onboarding, we also conduct a thorough review of where your practice data currently sits across all your third-party tools, recommending practical adjustments to ensure you adhere to Australian Privacy Principles and AI governance best practices.
Your client data, practice processes, and intellectual property remain 100% yours. We do not use your practice data or client information to train public AI models. Everything generated within your workspace belongs exclusively to your firm.
