Spend your time advising clients, not fighting your systems.
Advice is your job. The technology behind it is ours. We are the outsourced CTO for Australian advice practices — we audit your systems, fix what is slowing you down, and give you modern tools that work alongside what you already run.
You built a practice to give great advice, not to manage IT.
Most advisers we speak to are running successful businesses despite their technology, not because of it. The days get eaten by administration, systems that refuse to talk to each other, and the nagging sense that the industry is changing faster than the back office can keep up.
Time lost to low-value administration
Hours spent writing up meeting notes, re-keying the same client details between systems, and chasing paperwork — instead of sitting in front of clients.
Disconnected systems
You already pay for planning software, a CRM and a compliance platform. Getting a piece of work to flow across all three without someone copying it by hand is the hard part.
The AI question mark
Everyone is talking about AI, and public tools bring real privacy and compliance risk. You need to know what is safe, what your licensee will accept, and what actually helps.
Growth and succession
Whether you want to grow, shift your client mix, or prepare the business for an eventual sale, manual processes are what hold a practice back.
A technology team for your practice, without hiring one.
We are a membership for advice firms that want to modernise without the risk, expense and distraction of working it out alone.
We look at how your practice works today, find the bottlenecks, and write a realistic plan to fix them — in order of impact. No jargon, and no pushing tools you do not need.
We do not ask you to rip out what already works. We connect the software you run and smooth out the handoffs, so information moves between systems instead of being typed into each of them.
Membership includes the QuivaWorks workspace and Abbie, an AI coworker configured for your practice — handling file notes, client summaries and preparation work inside your own systems rather than a public tool.
What the first months actually look like
-
We audit your stack
What you pay for, what you actually use, where two systems are doing one job, and where your team's time is going. This is the Practice Review, and it is where every membership starts.
-
We connect what you already run
Your calendar, CRM, planning software and document store, wired together so a client detail entered once does not need entering again. We build the connections; you do not manage the project.
-
We put the routine work on rails
Client onboarding, file notes, review preparation and the handoffs between advisers and support staff — running to a process rather than to whoever remembers.
-
We stay involved
A regular monthly session to review what is working, train new staff, and take on the next thing. Your practice keeps changing; so should the technology under it.
The Practice Review
A free 60-minute review of how your practice runs.
The same session that opens every membership, offered before you commit to one. We spend an hour on your practice, and you keep what comes out of it either way.
- A map of your current software estate — what you pay for, what you actually use, and where two systems are doing one job
- Where your team's time is going, and which of that work does not need a person doing it
- The things you would do if you had the time or the tooling — and an honest view of which are within reach
- Your AI governance exposure: what is already being used in the practice, and what needs a guardrail around it
- A written summary of what we would fix first, and in what order
The benefits of an in-house tech team, without the overhead.
Sells you licences, leaves you to set them up, and charges extra when you need help making them work. The value depends entirely on you having the time to unlock it.
Charge substantial project fees to build custom applications that are expensive to maintain and start ageing the day they are delivered. Then the engagement ends.
Hands-on implementation, continuous work on the systems you already own, the QuivaWorks workspace included rather than invoiced, and a partner whose job continues after go-live.
Membership starts from $800 AUD per month and is scoped to your practice rather than sold by the seat. See what's included.
Works alongside your existing software
We connect your calendar, document store and communication tools out of the box — and build the connection to your planning, CRM and portfolio systems as part of onboarding.
The Australian advice stack is not a tidy set of public integrations. Some of your systems connect readily, some need work, and a few are better handled another way. We work out which is which during the Practice Review — and the build is part of membership, not a separate quote.
Client confidentiality is not negotiable in advice.
The QuivaWorks platform is hosted in Australia, with options for fully Australian AI processing — so data residency is something you can answer plainly when your licensee asks.
We do not use your practice data or client information to train public AI models. Everything produced in your workspace belongs to your firm, and leaves with you if you leave.
A complete, consistent trail of what was produced and when. Compliance obligations remain yours — our job is to make the evidence behind them easy to produce.
Onboarding includes a review of where your practice data currently sits across your third-party tools, with practical recommendations against the Australian Privacy Principles and current AI governance guidance. See our Trust Centre.
A firm that runs smoothly, scales, and holds real equity value.
A modern advice practice should be able to attract the next generation of clients and be straightforward to hand over when the time comes to step back. When your processes are documented and your systems talk to each other, the practice is not only easier to run today — it is a great deal easier for someone else to take on.
Affiliate membership for AFSLs
Your representatives are already using AI. Affiliate membership gives the practices in your network a technology partner, and gives your governance function consistency in how technology and AI are used under your licence.

Our work with insurance brokers and MGAs now runs under Evari, a separate practice with its own team and offering.
Let's look at your practice together.
An hour of our time, and a clear written view of what is slowing your practice down. Whether you join us afterwards is a separate conversation.
